- The program is to maintain the first three
floors as they are with cosmetic upgrades (Starbucks and other retail
uses, and Healthworks health club) and renovate
the upper floors 4-11 which are now a Harvard Vanguard clinic and offices
for condominiums, studio, one and two bedrooms. They now use two public parking spaces
which they lease from Public Works for loading and they would like to continue
this practice.
- The scoping session for City departments is
October 7th at 9am in the BRA Board room. The public may attend.
- The public meeting for the PNF is scheduled at
the Copley Library, in conference room 6, at 6:30 on the 13th of October.
- The end of the comment period will be the 20th of October.
- The developers are hoping for approval without
further submissions.
